[Bug 463469] New: moving system-wide NSS database
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=463469 Summary: moving system-wide NSS database Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Alpha 0 Platform: All OS/Version: openSUSE 11.1 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: sbrabec@novell.com ReportedBy: wolfgang@rosenauer.org QAContact: qa@suse.de CC: mc@novell.com, bnc-team-mozilla@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: Customer I want to stop creating the BDB based NSS database in /etc/ssl/nssdb (from mozilla-nss-tools) but create a sqlite based (shareable) NSS database (if noone objects in /etc/pki/nssdb). I was trying to find out which software is actually using the current database and found at least pam_pkcs11 krb5-plugin-preauth-pkinit-nss There are probably others though. Since all the access to the database should be done using the nss libs anyway there shouldn't be a problem with just changing the location of the DB in the above packages. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
