There is the same problem for Leap 42.1 but I assume it's too late to rebuild the images. I've submitted a pull request to remove these repositories from skelcd-control-openSUSE (https://github.com/yast/skelcd-control-openSUSE/pull/60). The oss part was also missing for 42.2, that is fixed now. Question is why the non-oss part is still not there.
