Instead of fixing it in udev, I changed the /lib/mkinitrd/setup/91-mount.sh file by saving the variable rootfstype at the end. I am new to opensuse, therefore I don’t have a deep understanding of the system. But I think this line should be there, even when this bug is solved by udev.
