At this point it's quite new and there is no experience with it so far so there may be some issues as well. The KVM on POWER8 and POWER9 is used a lot but often requires some workaround because of a bug that was introduced upstream and not yet tracked down - this is not something that SLE supports, and any fixes are best-effort.
