Every .desktop file with a code block:

Icon=xxx.xpm

will not shrink itself. May affect gnome flavors which have .desktop files
shown. (eg: xfce, lxde)

This Launchpad bug report shows what's wrong in the code...it doesn't detect
its height/width...just let it expand

BTW, kde doesn't have this problem (I wrote those desktop files under KDE)
