Spell checker could not be started. Couldn't initialize en_US dictionary: (null) Couldn't initialize en_US speller.

I think claws-mail uses enchantment as glue for hunspell/aspell etc. I'm not sure whether somehow after adding a dictionary one needs to enchantment/hunspell.. that there is a new one before it is able to use it. zypper se -i spell Loading repository data...
