At the same time I experince loss of network too. (Micro-Star International NetXtreme BCM5705 Gigabit) Keyboard and mouse are USB (Microsoft). Only reboot fexes the problem. Also please check whether USB, network, and maybe something else share an interrupt: cat /proc/interrupts This very much sounds like an interrupt issue. You typically can change the interrupt number for USB in the BIOS settings. Broadcom chips (your network adapter) have made problems for a long time, but I cannot be sure they are the culprit. At least, I had no problems in last few days (usually I have to reboot 6-8 times a day). MSI K8T Master XXX must be updated to BIOS 1.35B2.
