http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=625345 http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=625345#c0 Summary: Empathy keeps disconnecting for no apparent reason. Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.3 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.3 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: suseux@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.3 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/6.0.472.0 Safari/534.3 The Empathy chat client disconnects for no apparent reason while using gtalk and tries to connect with random success. The error in the empathy window just says "disconnected, no reason given". I cannot reproduce this in a reliable way and it seems to be completely random. I'm having to use Pidgin, since that never disconnects, so it's not gtalk. Other distros I have tried recently have not had this issue Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
