This might be related to evdev/HAL taken control over keyboard instead of kbd driver.
(WW) AllowEmptyInput is on, devices using drivers 'kbd', 'mouse' or 'vmmouse' will be disabled.
Please try with
Option "AutoAddDevices" "off"
This enable me to use kde3's keyboard configurazion under the nx session. Everithing works on that side now
Second question. Is your keyboard broken only for NX sessions or in general. With evdev/HAL you need to configure your keyboard via your desktop.
Prior to test your workaround it was. Now "Alt Gr" key works as normal Atl, preventing me to use some special characters. Everiting else works Ok into my local KDE4 Factory session, but when i am not logged in (on KDM screen) i can't switch between Vts using Ctrl+Alt+Fn. Ok. So everything as before updating packages from X11:XOrg. Is this correct?

"Alt Gr" and Ctrl+Alt+Fn works for me with "AutoAddDevices" and your keyboard section. Works also when using evdev/HAL instead. Yes. But just for the NX session.

I did. But if i disable AutoAddDevices no other languages are available in kde's keyboard map setting (see attachment). If i reenable it (setting AutoAddDevices to on, i think "on" is the default, right?) keyboard map settings come back to normal (as "Alt" and "Alt Gr" and Ctrl+Alt+Fn) but i get the bad behaviour with the nx session... I can revert update and go back to repo-oss's Xorg to test if it works. Then update again and see the changelog. You are right here, but i started to mess up with xorg.conf because of this problem. After i messed up with XkbRules the behaviour of the nx sessions didn't changed and so did the keyboard on my local system, so i didn't cared. But with your suggestion ("AutoAddDevices" "off") and the correct "XkbRules" set to "xfree86" the problem is solved even and even in KDM i can switch to vt's. Note that my problem started with an upgrade ox Xorg in Factory and after that i changed my xorg so there is a problem (i know of other people asking for the same in #suse), and this is fixed with adding manually an option to xorg.conf so i don't think this can be closed as INVALID! With "AutoAddDevices" "off" and the keyboard layout manually set up it is working fine.
