OK, could you explain me what's the problem, please? Python among other things just uses any Sphinx to generate a documentation, and I really don't want to get into disentangling circular build dependencies.
Submitted patches would be certainly considered, but otherwise I am just tethering on the edge of closing this as WONTFIX.
We want to create "language devstack" containers. For instance, a "python36" container, which would ship only python36 and where the default python3 would be python36.
