[Bug 1233440] New: Okular wrongly shows (QES) signed pdfs as "changed after signature"
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1233440 Bug ID: 1233440 Summary: Okular wrongly shows (QES) signed pdfs as "changed after signature" Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 15.6 Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE Applications Assignee: opensuse-kde-bugs@opensuse.org Reporter: michaelof@rocketmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Target Milestone: --- Found By: --- Blocker: --- As described in Forum (German, https://forums.opensuse.org/t/okular-id-austria-pdf-mit-formular-brainstormi...), current Okular in 15.6 shows a (correctly) signed PDF as "changed after signature". Although pdf has NOT been changed, and although e.g. pdf sent via email and opened on MSWIN via Adobe Acrobat Reader is shown as "signature valid, doc unchanged". Means: QES-signed pdf looses it's trustability to recipients using also Okular. NO IDEA if this is OpenSuse specific or a general Okular issue, please advise if I should open an issue for KDE/Plasma? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
