http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1172599 Bug ID: 1172599 Summary: [Build 20200604] Fails to launch HexChat Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: Other URL: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1289375/modules/hexc hat/steps/23 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE Workspace (Plasma) Assignee: opensuse-kde-bugs@opensuse.org Reporter: dimstar@opensuse.org QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- ## Observation openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-kde-wayland@64bit_virtio fails in [hexchat](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1289375/modules/hexchat/steps/23) This issue seems to happen repeateldy on the kde-wayland@virtio scenario, but not the others. Seems like the krunner is not getting the full command to run hexchat and then refuses to fire it up. hexchat works fine in all other (incl kde) scenarios and krunner starts other apps just fine also in the wayalnd@virtio scenario ## Test suite description Basic KDE installation, but switches to a Wayland session on login. Needs Virtio (or similiar) GPU. ## Reproducible Fails since (at least) Build [20200530](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1284768) ## Expected result Last good: [20200528](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1283101) (or more recent) ## Further details Always latest result in this scenario: [latest](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/latest?arch=x86_64&distri=opensuse&flavor=DVD&machine=64bit_virtio&test=kde-wayland&version=Tumbleweed) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

Logging into a currently failing openQA test showed that krunner was stuck, I installed debuginfo and collected a backtrace. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
