My mail client has always been Thunderbird. The issue is: all mail in "sent" or "sent items" of my novell mailbox are gone. I have checked every other folder that appears at Thunderbird UI and didn't find anything. I was at home for one year for parental leave, during which time I didn't access novell mailbox. When I came back to work last week, I need to reset my innerweb account password.
