Blender includes many assets out of the box, these are contained in the “Essentials” library. Included in this library are: - Hair node groups - Smooth By Angle Node Group

These are available from https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender-assets, but unfortunately there is no (useful) tarball, only the repository with GIT LFS references.
