The German translation would be something like "Speichern erlauben wenn das Dokument nicht geändert wurde". I assume this minor bug comes from the German Localization File (3.2.0.7-1.1). I am attaching a screenshot. It was fixed in OOo-3.2.1. You might get it from the OpenOffice.org:STABLE reposistory, see http://en.opensuse.org/Additional_YaST_Package_Repositories#OpenOffice.org_S... I close this bug now.
