Hello Stephan, yes it is. If you go to K icon in bottom left to open menu, click "configure Desktop" icon in left panel, it opens up fine. I then clicked "Power management" under hardware settings section (didn't do anything specific). In top left clicked on "< Overview" (back) link. Then clicked on "Display and Monitor" setting /icon, to view "Display Configuration" settings there (didn't do anything specific), and then again clicked "< Overview" (back) link, and then get that error over and over again. I believe this bug has been fixed then? I haven't experienced the issue (at least yet) on fresh installation from DVD installer build 0265...
