Only if i watch the image with eye of gnome and than click the reload button, the pictures are shown. if nautilus tries to generate the previews for png, it fails and after that all other stuff doesn't work anymore until the next login. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open nautilus 2. go to a place where png files are present. for example /usr/share/pixmaps 3. generating preview for png files fails 4 generating preview for other files is failing now too 5. login again and watch how other previews are generated until nautilus again tries to make previews of png files Actual Results: nautilus fails to generate previews for png files Expected Results: nautilus generates a preview for png files -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Also, is this a converted user (from an updated system) or a new user account?
