Please provide the g++ version. I added some toolchain guys, so they can help to debug or provide info to where you should report the problem.

More interesting information is a gdb session that shows the illegal instruction and where (in what binary/library) it happens.
Please provide the gdb command I should use.
I suspect mpfr/gmp/gcc use some instructions that are not available on armv7 due to bogus RPM_OPT_FLAGS or your hardware is simply not supported.
Or those components use some CPU variant dispatching with an error.
A core file might also help.
