It wasn't obvious that it's the wrong way to file it either, and still isn't - these are official OpenSUSE repos after all.
They are not. Case in point, the warning given on software.opensuse.org:
"Please be aware that the following packages are from unofficial repositories. That means they are not reviewed by openSUSE and may contain unstable or experimental software."
