Adding to small widgets does not cause even mild crowd in UI. And about the mouse -- it is not about what you have, but about what you use (*), and more exactly -- what is more productive. Example, having spinbox edit for partition size do you use mouse to get from 2GB to 40GB by clicking "^" 38 times, or you simple type "40" in?
