I tested this solution for my case (described in bug 564458), nothing changed. Before test solution for this bug, KDE not notified me about device Transcend MP850, when modified /lib/udev/rules.d/60-persistent-storage.rules KDE react just notifying and desappered. As a result device not mounted.
