[Bug 1205526] New: devel:gcc/newlib: --enable-multilib missing for arm-none target
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1205526 Bug ID: 1205526 Summary: devel:gcc/newlib: --enable-multilib missing for arm-none target Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE.org Version: unspecified Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: 3rd party software Assignee: rguenther@suse.com Reporter: dylanladuranty@gmail.com QA Contact: screening-team-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- When trying to compile some code for a Cortex M4F target using cross-arm-none-newlib-devel. I noticed errors like: /usr/lib64/gcc/arm-none-eabi/12/ld: error: /some/paths/tests_minimal.elf uses VFP register arguments, /usr/lib64/gcc/arm-none-eabi/12/../../../../arm-none-eabi/lib/libc_nano.a(lib_a-errno.o) does not While the same code compiles and links fine for a Cortex M0+ target. It seems the newlib build for ARM is missing the --enable-multilib option during configuration. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
