I have got unfortunately NO clear KDE (SuSE) for reproducing .. All my desktops are dirty-mixes of various versions and OBS stuff, my the most current workstation is 11.3 with many factory packages and YES - i'm still able to reproduce that in KDS kde. This bugreport was created when I had 11.3 just freshly installed and clear.
