Please confirm you did those steps: 1. boot from full DVD 11.2 installation disc 2. in boot menu choose repair 3. once repair system is loaded, choose "finish" and confirm you are done That's it. No more steps, reproduceable every time. If you won't get the same results please let me know, I try to get the logs for this process. Thanks.
