There is no such differentiation for luks volumes though. That leads to the inconsistent situation that users can unlock luks volumes on fixed disks but not mount them afterwards. They agreed that it is not consistent, but don't see a problem to keep it the way it is, until the rework happens. In the future, please direct any such feature requests directly to the upstream instead of the Novell bugtracker: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=udisks I only follow upstream, fix bugs, and package the stuff, but have no resources to implement any features or make non-trivial changes.
