All networks discovered during that time are shown without the ESSID all networks discovered after knetwork has access to kwallet are shown with ESSID. So I guess the problem is knetworkmanager which does not get the ESSIDs while waiting for access to kwallet. BTW, is there a possibility to not use kwallet for storing WEP-keys with knetworkmanager?
