But please notice that the (similar) entries in the menu bar's "Package -> All in this list" submenu work on the package level, not on the pattern level. Before 11.0, patterns used to be ZYPP objects in their own right. They could be installed or deleted. Beginning with 11.0, the concept of patterns changed: Their status is no longer written to the system, but calculated from the status of the packages they contain (more exactly, their dependencies). This might be part of the confusing behaviour here. Still, it should really be possible to install all patterns with that "all in this list" submenu of the patterns context menu.
