Using the driver and firmware from PackMan gets it running. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install openSUSE 11.2 2. Run on /usr/sbin/install_bcm43xx_firmware 3. As we're not using the proprietary driver, there is nothing we can do to make this working out of the box in openSUSE 11.2. [1] mention that it should work with kernel 2.6.32 or newer compat-wireless-2.6.
