This isn't the intended behavior, the notification should be persistent, so the user is aware that an update has been applied, and can choose whether to reboot or not -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

Since the fix got merged, I assumed this was fixed. However, now that I moved to Kalpa, the notification still expires after the set time.
Correct, I haven't made the changes to enable the persistence yet. It's fixed in the notifier, but nothing has been updated in Kalpa to set the environment variable as of yet. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
