There are php5 and php7 packages. Currently there are server:php:extensions and server:php:extensions:php7, but there is not a server:php now. I have php5-ice, php7-ice, php5-phalcon extensions and they could be moved into the devel:languages:php:extensions. However for server:php:extensions:php7 repository we miss some build targets - mainly for devel:languages:php.
