Also, please run the following: $ killall -9 gnome-screensaver $ gnome-screensaver --no-daemon --debug > /tmp/gs.log 2>&1 and please attach file /tmp/gs.log to the bug after having the screensavers freeze. If they freeze, if you can switch to a virtual console (CTRL-ALT-F1), try killing gnome-screensaver process, that should get you back to your desktop without having to hard reset. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Here the interactive xscreensaver will write messages like this to the terminal: glblur: warning: blocked event processing for 1.6 secs! glblur: warning: blocked event processing for 2.1 secs! glblur: warning: only 1% idle over the last 11 secs (at 0.8 FPS) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
