At firts, it set the interval to 0.5. However, when I change it, it does not allow to set it bellow 1. It worked for me in the English locales (LANG=en_US.UTF-8). A workaround is to set the "Major interval" in the time format. For example, you might enter the value 06:00:00. It seems to be accepted and automatically transformed into 0.25 in all locales. The workaround exist. The decinal number as the input value should work in all locales => setting proprity to P3. Is it a comma (,) or a period (.)? Am I correct in assuming that it's comma? This is probably a number format recognition issue. If the decimal separator in Czech locale is comma, then it is expected that typing "0.5" returns an error, while "0,5" is accepted. So, as far as I'm concerned this is not a bug.
