If one invokes acroread from the command-line, then tab completion will
automatically only show files with an extension 'pdf' (or 'PDF').  However,
files with the extension .fdf should also show up.  This is controlled by the
files
/etc/profile.d/complete.bash and /etc/profile.d/complete.tcsh.

In these two files, the line containing the acroread command should be extended
to also contain the extensions 'fdf' and 'FDF' (in addition to 'pdf' and
'PDF').

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type, in a folder containing a file with extension 'fdf': acroread.
2. Press TAB.  Only files with the extension 'pdf' will show up.
