("Versionskonflikt. Die Datei liegt in einer falschen Version vor.") Well, this might be. I therefore tried to open a PPT file, which used to work: http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/5827/2003sfb240.pp... (of OOo issue http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=13339 ). If I try to open it in ooimpress, I get the error: "Read error. The file is no WinWord97 file." ("Leseproblem. Die Datei ist keine WinWord97-Datei"). I agree, but it ends in *.ppt and even if I choose the PPT rather than the default filter, I get the same error message. In the latter case: If I click on "Ok", I get the OOo crash dialog ("Due to an unexpected error OpenOffice.org crashed.
