The question is, at the very least, should the Leap 15.1 Release Notes be changed to reflect the current situation, or not?
That should be a bug if it's still there.

Another question: When the Flatpak issue has been resolved for Leap 15.1, does the "GNOME Software" application then behave as expected with respect to installing, updating and removing software? ** As documented in the openSUSE Startup Guide. **
