Have you got the Nov 18 2009 fix to bnc#553908 in NetworkManager-kde4? If you have please make sure the checkboxes on IP Address->Routing, especially 'Use only for resources on this network' are not checked. If this doesn't work try deleting and recreating the connection after applying the update.
