A "warning dracut-initqueue timeout - starting timeout scripts" happens just after, and I think that is related with the network. The dracut-initqueue is waiting for "/lib/dracut/hooks/initqueue/finished/wait-network.sh" to succeed, but this is never happening. This script is checking for a file named "/tmp/net.*.did-setup", but there is not such for any interface, so this timeout eventually.
