This should be safe, if you just use tumbleweed/repo-oss as source.
I wonder why I observe a symbol mismatch on my system then.
Do you use other repos from OBS?
Yes. - A few additional installation sources are active with lower priorities than the Tumbleweed variants. How can this detail matter when the affected software components should usually come from the Tumbleweed repository?
