The corresponding errormessage is "cannot connect to fam: Connection refused" Installing fam-server package and starting rpcbind and fam-server manually make apachetop startable. So, it would be nice if apachetop has fam-server package in it's depency list. Maybe a hint that fam-server and rpcbind must be started prior apachetop is used would also be nice.
