I have found that gdal utilities installed from Application:Geo consistently fail with Segmentation Fault on a number of сompressed GeoTIFF files. When I replaced libgdal20 package with the OBS version 2.1.0-1.28. The issues went away. How to reproduce. 1. Install libgdal20 from Application:Geo. 2. Run gdalinfo anom_pixels 2001.tiff (attached file) 3. Run coredumpctl -o core dump /usr/bin/gdalinfo 4. Run gdb /usr/bin/gdalinfo core 5. Get Program terminated with signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. #0 0x00007fb2f8c6fc04 in free () from /lib64/libc.so.6 Expected result: gdalinfo terminates without a segmentation fault -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
