There fore it is not possible to use booklet printing together with short edge duplex printing. The orientation combo box is not missing in the original download version from OpenOffice.org, so it seems to be missing because off a change in the openSuSE (Novell) Edition. In the attachment you can see the result of booklet printing. The pages are arranged in the wrong direction, and it is not possible to fold the pages for the booklet correctly. As ther is no upstream version for x64 I have used the 32 bit x86 version (Linux x86 RPM) from http://de.openoffice.org/downloads/quick.html?version=2.4.1. This option is also mentioned in the documentation for OpenOffice.org Writer, in chapter "printing and faxing", and it is needed for booklet printing.
