I get several progress-bars on screen but every one seems somewhere to be quit with the message "*** buffer overflow detected ***: /usr/bin/perl terminated" on the command line. After that, SaX2 doesn't come up. The machine runs in VMWare 5.5.2 with vmware-tools installed.
