On my Thinkpad T470s I have installed Leap 42.3 beta Build 0279 and Tumbleweed. The WWAN-Network is offered in Tumbleweed (and I can connect to Vodafone), but not in Leap 42.3. The Wifi_connections are working in both systems. Thanks, so this is no kernel problem but rather an issue of ModemManager or that level. Since Leap 42.3 carries the package from SLE12, it stays at 1.4.14.
Scott, could you / your team take a look at it?
