Building repository 'Nvidia' cache [done] Error building the cache: 'repo2solv.sh' '-o' '/var/cache/zypp/solv/Nvidia/solv' '/var/cache/zypp/raw/Nvidia' gzip: primary.xml.gz: unexpected end of file repo_rpmmd: not well-formed (invalid token) at line 228:0 Skipping repository 'Nvidia' because of the above error. Could not refresh the repositories because of errors. checking manually @ http://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/11.1/ fails on redirect, File not found Firefox can't find the file at http://http.download.nvidia.com/opensuse/11.1/. changing to Nvidia.repo: baseurl=ftp://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/11.1/x86_64/ repeating, zypper clean Nvidia zypper ref Nvidia returns the same error as above, Repository 'Nvidia' is up to date. can you remove cached data from /var/cache/zypp/raw/Nvidia and refresh again?
*manually* rm'ing the cached data seems to do the trick re: nvidia repo (see below ...). verified on multiple boxes/arches. so _not_ a repo issue, but rather zypper? shouldn't 'zypper clean -all' rm that repo data? zypper clean Nvidia Specified repositories have been cleaned up. zypper ref Nvidia Repository 'Nvidia' is up to date.
