So this looks like a regression in Realtek BT firmware, and it makes sense because it's a WiFi/BT combo chip. Below is the old firmware binary, and could you copy it to /lib/firmware/rtl_bt/updates/rtl8852bu_fw.bin (create /lib/firmware/updates directory beforehand)?
