A couple changes were needed. 1) The ia64 nspluginwrapper rpm does not contain the i386 bits under /usr/lib/nspluginwrapper/i386. These need to be there (and the x86_64 version of of nspluginwrapper contains them). 2) nspluginwrapper thinks it needs to locate libs under /usr/lib64 on ia64, when in fact things live under /usr/lib. Symlinking /usr/lib64 to /usr/lib got it working as a WAR.
