If I "break" the google-musicmanager-beta package by installing it anyways it works fine as long as I have libQtWebKit4 installed. Looks to me as if in 12.2 libQtWebKit4 still provided qtwebkit, but in 12.3 it doesn't anymore. This can easily be fixed by either creating a metapackage "qtwebkit" that contains no files and requires libQtWebKit4, or by putting the right "Obsoletes:" and "Provides:" in libQtWebKit4.
