Here is the "problem" -- I don't have such log (I am 110% sure, this issue appeared when I was asked to attach this log for other report purposes).

Yeah, I remember... Could you please run NetworkManager at console using "NetworkManager --no-daemon" as root and attach the relevant parts of the output.
