I (as upstream) don't think we should have the temperature else, since that'd make too much text and it would be less readable (it's important to be able to scan the list quickly). Thanks, Vincent. I wasn't aware of the tooltip; it does most of what I was looking for. If the temperature were to be added, however, I'd put it between the weather icon and the time, analogous to the display on the panel.
