I observed such behaviour in OS 11.3 and it haven't changed after switching to OS 11.4 M5. Please let me know what more you need to know. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Plug power source in 2. 3. Hardware: Dell Latitude E6510.
